Several security personnel were seriously injured in the firing and hooliganism of miscreants affiliated with the banned Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC) in Azad Kashmir, it was reported on Friday.
According to sources, in the incident that took place in Rawalakot, miscreants opened fire and resorted to brutal violence, due to which several personnel posted on duty were injured.
The security personnel were performing their duties to maintain law and order in the area and protect the lives and property of the citizens.
Members of the mischievous committee have previously killed and injured several security personnel while damaging government property.
According to experts, the violent actions by the so-called Action Committee show that this group is committed to a provocative agenda rather than a struggle for public rights.
