Pakistani actress and theatre performer Bakhtawar Mazhar has spoken fondly about her experience working alongside Kubra Khan, describing the celebrated star as one of the most warm-hearted and welcoming people she has met in the industry.
During her appearance on the talk show Rise and Shine, Bakhtawar candidly reflected on her time working with Kubra Khan in the drama serial Dr Bahu. The actress recalled the positive atmosphere on set and praised Kubra for her kindness, generosity, and friendly nature.
Speaking about her co-star, Bakhtawar shared, “I really enjoyed working with her. Kubra is the kind of person who is always looking after everyone. She is very caring and hospitable. She would always speak with so much respect and kindness. Sometimes she would say, ‘Bakhtawar jee, I’m ordering coffee, would you like one too?’ Those small gestures meant a lot to me.”
She further explained that the set environment was calm and comfortable, making it easy for everyone to connect and work together.
“It was such a relaxed set. Everyone was like-minded, and you could comfortably talk to anyone. That made the entire experience even more enjoyable,” she added.
Bakhtawar Mazhar has earned widespread appreciation for her performances, particularly for her courageous portrayal of a cancer patient in a recent drama. Her commitment to the role, including appearing with a bald look on national television, was praised by viewers and critics alike for its authenticity and emotional depth.
