The family of the former Prime Minister’s wife, Bushra Bibi, did not visit Adiala Jail on the scheduled day despite being granted permission to meet the former first lady, it was reported on Tuesday.
According to sources, the family had been informed in advance about the meeting arrangements and was aware of the approved visit.
However, despite receiving prior notification, no family members arrived at the jail to meet Bushra Bibi.
According to sources, a similar situation occurred last Tuesday when the family was also informed about the opportunity for a meeting, but they did not come to the prison on that occasion either.
Sources further revealed that permission for family visits has been available for the past two weeks, yet no meeting has taken place during this period.
