Application to register case against Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has been filed in Gujranwala accusing him of spreading disorder and chaos, it was reported on Tuesday.
The writ petition was filed in the court of the Sessions Judge by Advocate Manzoor Qadir Bhinder.
A request has been made to register a case under other sections including using derogatory language against the martyrs of the Pakistan Army.
