Pakistan’s Test squad, led by ace batter Babar Azam, reached West Indies on Wednesday ahead of the upcoming two-match Test series, scheduled to be played from 25 July to 6 August.
The national side landed in Trinidad and Tobago after travelling from Islamabad via Doha and London. Pakistan will now begin the final phase of their preparations with a four-day warm-up fixture before the start of the Test series.
Before the departure, the squad completed an intensive three-day training camp at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium and also featured in a two-day scenario-based match to fine-tune their preparations.
Pakistan are scheduled to play a four-day practice match from 18 to 21 July before opening the two-match ICC World Test Championship (WTC) 2025–27 series.
