Lahore (Muhammad Asif Butt) Illegal housing schemes and farm houses and palaces and mansions have been built on the lands of Jammu and Kashmir, Central Government, abandoned waqf properties and provincial government and Anhar Department in Harbanspora, Sultanpura, Rehmanpura and Nawabpura.
While in Kashmir affairs, Deputy Director Syed Zaman Rizvi and Rent Collector Sajjad Malik have made two lease letters to land mafia through Patwaris of Kashmir Affairs for many years.
LDA has filed cases against the land mafia and asked for police force for the operation. Senior Member Board of Revenue has asked the concerned Assistant Commissioner and Patwaris for all the details of Sultanpura, Rehmanpura. Lists of those who build farm houses and housing schemes on the land of Jammu and Kashmir and those who sell Kashmir property to the land mafia on Rent have also started.
Work has started to save and by giving minor notices, the occupying groups are starting to talk about bringing injunctions from the courts immediately. Administrator Kashmir Affairs Abdullah Jan has also been painted in the color of mafia. At that time,
Mian Abbas and Mian Salamat together sold the illegal housing scheme without approval by adding 17 acres of Jalo Mor Garden land registry and 21 acres of Kashmir area behind Gharki Hospital. Along with this, 79 housing schemes and farm houses including Ali Garden, Canal View Garden, Saadi Garden, Rafi Garden, Marhaba City, Ayan Garden, Al Madinah Garden, have been built on Kashmir property and also on Central Government and Provincial Government lands. Housing schemes have also been made. Haider Skimmi and Mehboob Alam have come forward as the front men for the approval of these illegal housing schemes.
They used to fix their fees from all the government departments, while Maa Salamat’s Ghous Garden phase one, phase two and phase three are also illegal. While Ghos Garden Phase One Bagh Wali in Puli Manawan and Phase Two Manawan Training Center also includes the area of provincial and central government.
