“Haji Imdad Memon BS-20 DG Agriculture Department Sindh was granted post arrest bail on medical grounds by Accountability Court No.II, Hyderabad.
It may be pointed out that he was hitherto arrested on 29/10/24 from the Sindh High Court premises when his bail was recalled. Barrister Hasan Khurshid Hashmi and Barrister Ahmad Shahmir argued that a special Medical Board be constituted by NAB court consisting of eight specialist doctors.
The doctors came to the unanimous conclusion that the physical health of Imdad Memon was precarious as he was suffering from serious illnesses and his continued detention would be detrimental to his life.”
