Alizeh Shah seemed happier as she posed with flowers in her hair after going through a “rough patch” of her life.
Taking to Instagram, she shared a series of videos in which exuded happiness flaunting her signature smile and her almond eyes as a friend put flowers in her hair.
Last month, Alizeh Shah, in an outburst, slammed the bullies and revealed how she was tortured, bullied, traumatized and treated like nothing on the sets.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Shah told her side of the story and what she has been through.
Expressing the pain, she said that “the trauma has eaten me alive. There are nights i cry until i can’t breathe, days where I’ve puked my guts out because the memories make me sick. This pain is real, it lives in my body, in my heart, and all i ask is to be left alone. Please…”
Alizeh said, “I live with PTSD because of what I’ve been through in this industry. I was broken to the point that I started hating myself for even being a part of it. Speaking out wasn’t for attention, it was my only way of freeing myself from the darkness, from the wrongs that destroyed me inside.”
She also took a jibe at harassment by seniors, media bullying, exploitative production houses, and false accusations by her peers.
“I’m going to expose every single person who did me wrong… I’m done with people trolling me, making fun of me, and making memes out of me. You guys have no idea how difficult an actor’s life already is,” she said.
Alizeh had also removed all the posts from her Instagram account.
