One Homes, the UK-based developer behind Lahore’s most expensive residential address, has unveiled a new $35 million investment in a luxury high-rise development, marking its return to Lahore after One Canal Road.
One Homes has acquired a prime Raiwind Road site where it plans to develop its next landmark residential project in Lahore. The move follows the handover of One Canal Road, the group’s flagship development by internationally renowned Miami-based architect Kobi Karp with finishings by Versace Ceramics, which achieved the highest residential values in Lahore’s history. One of its 10,000 sq ft sky villas is currently listed at PKR 1 billion, setting a national record for penthouse pricing.
Occupying a strategic location on Raiwind Road in Lahore West, the site offers direct connectivity to central Lahore while remaining only 10 minutes from both Canal Road and the Lahore Ring Road. The 85-kilometre orbital highway serves as the city’s primary transport link, connecting all major zones to the national motorway network. Few residential locations offer comparable accessibility while maintaining the appeal of an established family-oriented neighbourhood.
