Pakistan to host global health conference on July 17-18

Federal Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination Mustafa Kamal has announced that Pakistan will host a global health conference on July 17-18 in Islamabad which will bring together both local and foreign delegates to discuss developments in the healthcare sector.

Addressing a press conference with along Haroon Akhtar Khan, Special Assistant to Prime Minister (Minister of State) for Industries & Production Division, Kamal said representatives from health-related companies will attend the event.

Federal Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination added that Pakistani and Chinese companies have remained in contact for the past month to finalize preparations for the conference. The minister said several agreements are expected to be signed during the B2B conference.

Mustafa Kamal expressed that Pakistan is expected to receive good news in the coming days as a result of the conference and the partnerships. The two day summit will take place in Islamabad.
