ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with his Indonesian counterpart to discuss bilateral relations, regional developments and international issues.
According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, the two foreign ministers reviewed Pakistan-Indonesia bilateral ties and cooperation and exchanged views on regional and international developments.
The two sides also discussed the latest situation surrounding ongoing contacts between the United States and Iran.
The Indonesian foreign minister appreciated Pakistan’s role in promoting peace and stability.
Both foreign ministers reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening bilateral cooperation in key areas of mutual interest.
