E-Media Group launches its first project

The E-Media Group of Publications launched EMRA Urdu daily at a grand ceremony here on Monday.

A number of dignitaries from media, politicians, bureaucracy, businessmen, police, administration, and a cross-section of society attended the ceremony.

Senior media men along with others, cut a cake to open EMRA Urdu, a 10-page complete newspaper, to the mass reading.

EMRA Urdu is one of the eight projects of E-Media Group, founded by an eminent working journalist of the town, Muhammad Asif Butt. All media projects of the Group aim at covering local to international events in every field of life through print, TV, and social media. Apart from media projects, the Group is also planning to set up training institutes for media education, where not only students will be trained on modern-day media requirements but also refresher courses for the working journalists will be organized.

Senior media man Atif Awan is the Editor of EMRA Urdu. The participants of the EMRA launching ceremony highly praised the staff, color photographs, and the quality of paper and print of the daily. They viewed the newspaper covering all aspects of national and international happenings and found it singular from other dailies for giving maximum information in a pithy and laconic style. They expressed best wishes for the success of the daily and all projects of the Group.
