ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court’s registrar issued a notice of full court reference over the matter of retirement of Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa.
According to the notice, the full court reference would take place on October 25.
Senior lawyers including Supreme Court Bar Association president have been invited.
It merits mention that the Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa is retiring on October 25.
