Ali Zafar has announced that he will dedicate his upcoming September 27 concert in Lahore to raise funds for survivors of Pakistan’s recent floods.
The special event, to be held at the Alhamra Cultural Complex, will begin at 7 p.m. and aims to support thousands of families who lost their homes, livelihoods, and access to basic necessities due to the devastating natural disaster.
Taking to Instagram, Zafar revealed that the evening will be one of the most significant concerts of his career.
“Let’s come together to help the flood victims! On September 27, I have decided to curate one of the most special concerts of my life, dedicated to the victims of the devastating floods, one of the greatest calamities of recent times, which has taken countless lives and caused unimaginable destruction,” he wrote.
The artist also hinted at surprise guest performances by other prominent musicians, whose names will be announced soon.
Ali Zafar confirmed that all ticket sales and donations from the concert will be directed through the Ali Zafar Foundation, which has been actively involved in relief work.
The funds will go toward rehabilitation efforts for flood-affected families who are still struggling to rebuild their lives.
“The concert is not just music, but a voice. Let us all come together and become a beacon of hope for those who are still waiting for help. Let us stand with those who need us the most,” Zafar added in his statement.
Tickets for the fundraising concert are now available via Ticketwala, with fans encouraged to attend and show solidarity.
