KP CM Sohail Afridi announces members of his cabinet

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Afridi has officially announced the members of the provincial cabinet, following instructions from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan.

The cabinet includes 10 provincial ministers, two advisors and one special assistant.

The provincial ministers are Meena Khan Afridi, Arshad Ayub Khan, Amjad Ali, Aftab Alam Khan, Fazal Shakoor Khan, Khaliq-ur-Rehman, Riaz Khan, Syed Fakhar Jahan, Aqibullah Khan and Faisal Khan.

The names of the advisors are Muzammil Aslam and Taj Muhammad, while Shafi Jan will serve as Special Assistant to Chief Minister (SACM).

New cabinet members will take oath at 3pm today (Friday). Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi has signed the summary of ministers.

 

The formation of the new cabinet marks a key step in the provincial government’s agenda, with Chief Minister Afridi emphasizing that the appointments were made in line with the vision and directives of the PTI leadership.

Officials expect the new cabinet to focus on governance, development projects, and public service delivery across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, strengthening the provincial administration ahead of upcoming political and developmental priorities.
