Lahore High Court (LHC) failed to hear PTI leader Ijaz Chaudhry’s review petition against punishment in May 9 case as the case was rescheduled for indefinite period without further proceedings, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
A bench comprising Justice Syed Shahbaz Ali Rizvi and Justice Tanveer Ahmed Sheikh was to hear the case.
Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry has challenged the ten-year sentence awarded in May 9 tragedy cases in Lahore High Court. Ijaz Chaudhry has also filed applications for suspension of the sentences.
