A complaint was lodged with the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) on Monday against four judges of the Lahore High Court (LHC), seeking their removal from their posts for violating the code of conduct as well as their oaths.
Filed by Tehreek-e-Tahaffuz Namoos-e-Risalat (TTNR) Secretary General Hafiz Ihtesham Ahmad against Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan, Justice Muhammad Waheed Khan, Justice Jawad Hassan and Justice Chaudhry Sultan Mehmood, the petition read that all these judges heard blasphemy cases and declared null and void the punishments handed down to suspects in these cases.
