Lawyers and family members of the jailed former prime minister Imran Khan are once again scheduled to meet him inside Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi on Tuesday, party sources said on Monday.
According to sources, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has submitted a list of six senior lawyer leaders to the Adiala Jail authorities for permission to hold a meeting. The list includes Barrister Gohar Khan, Salman Akram Raja and Ali Zaman along with Farooq Sabir, Javed Hayat and Saeed Ahmed Bhali.
The lawyer leaders are expected to visit Adiala Jail on Tuesday to meet the PTI founder.
In addition, the PTI founder’s sisters and family members of Bushra Bibi are also scheduled to visit Adiala Jail for a meeting.
Jail authorities have not yet issued an official statement regarding the meeting arrangements.
