The government has decided to convene the meeting of anti-terrorism and harden the state committee on March 2, it was reported on Tuesday.
The officials of the federal and provincial governments would put their heads together to review progress on the National Action Plan, sources said, adding that the stakeholders would give presentations on the headway made on action points.
Secretary interior and narcotics control will chair the meeting.
All concerned officials, including representatives of security institutions and the national coordinator NACTA, would be invited to attend the meeting.
Secretary defence, foreign secretary, secretary petroleum, FBR chairman, chief secretaries of the four provinces, AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) and inspectors general of Police of the four provinces would also be invited to the meeting.
Similarly, DG FIA, chief commissioner Islamabad, NADRA officials and additional IGs of CTDs would also be invited.
