Former interior minister and Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad said on Tuesday that the problems of a common man during these times of inflation were not hidden from anyone.
Speaking to the media outside an anti-terrorism court in Rawalpindi, he said that salaries were not enough for inflation-hit people.
The former minister said that these were certainly difficult days for poor people, who also have to cope with inflated electricity bills and rising petroleum products prices.
He prayed to the Almighty Allah for economic betterment of the country and an improvement in the living standards of a common man.
