Arshad Nadeem fails to score high at World Athletics Continental Tour Silver

Olympic gold medallist Arshad Nadeem achieved last place at the Spitzen Leichtathletik Luzern, World Athletics Continental Tour Silver, in Switzerland as his best throw was 78.47 meters, it was reported on Friday.

According to details, Arshad Nadeem achieved ninth position in the javelin throw event. The first and fourth throws of Arshad Nadeem were declared as “foul.”

German Julian Wabar won first position by throwing 87.04 meters. Cameroon from Australia won second, Latvian K Adis third, and Poland’s Wagons David won fourth position.

After the tournament, Arshad Nadeem will fully focus on the Commonwealth Games, where he will defend his title.

The final of the Javelin throw of the Commonwealth Games will be held on August 1, 2026.
