Pakistan records drop in textile exports in October

Textile exports declined on an annual basis for the third consecutive month in October 2025, it was reported on Wednesday.

Sources said that the textile exports increased by 4.39 percent in the first four months of the current fiscal year.

Textile exports slashed by 0.61% year-on-year (YoY) in October 2025, and textile exports increased by 2.53% in October on a monthly (MoM) basis.

Textile exports in July-October 2025 stood at $6.42 billion, and the textile exports in the same period last year were $6.15 billion.

In September 2025, the volume of textile exports last month was $1.62 billion. Textile exports in September 2025 were $1.58 billion.

The volume of textile exports in October 2024 was $1.63 billion. Textile exports in October 2023 were $1.44 billion.

Textile exports in October 2022 were $1.36 billion. The volume of textile exports in October 2021 was $1.6 billion.
