Jawad Ahmad drops hard-hitting question for Maya Ali and Sabeena Farooq

Jawad Ahmad has sparked fresh debate online after raising a hard-hitting question directed at Maya Ali and Sabeena Farooq over Iqrar ul Hassan’s airport controversy.

The singer shared his perspective by questioning how they would react if placed in a similar situation, urging them to be more measured in their public statements.

Addressing the matter, Jawad Ahmad emphasized that many actors and actresses who support Imran Khan should remain mindful of how their opinions are perceived. He suggested that commenting on sensitive incidents without fully understanding the situation can unintentionally shape public narratives.

In his remarks, he posed a hypothetical scenario, asking what anyone would do if they were verbally abused while traveling with family or loved ones.

According to him, such moments can naturally provoke a reaction, especially when someone feels the need to protect those with them. He explained that in many cases, a person may step in to defend their family, framing such responses as instinctive rather than deliberate aggression.

Jawad Ahmad also pointed to broader societal challenges, stressing that such incidents should be viewed within the context of existing issues rather than reduced to one-sided criticism. He cautioned against turning complex situations into simplified narratives or “propaganda” without thoughtful consideration.

His response adds a new dimension to the ongoing discussion, shifting the debate toward perspective, responsibility, and the power of public influence.

The controversy began when both Maya Ali and Sabeena Farooq reacted by speaking against aggressive behavior and stressing the importance of maintaining composure in public spaces. Their tone remained calm and measured, rather than emotional or defensive.

Maya Ali emphasized that public figures should show restraint, even in difficult situations, suggesting that reacting aggressively in public can send the wrong message. Meanwhile, Sabeena Farooq echoed a similar stance, highlighting the importance of responsibility and self-control, and encouraging situations to be handled with maturity rather than escalation.
