KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has said that Pakistan Air Force’s pilots shattered India’s pride in Rafale jets during “Marka-e-Haq”.
Addressing the Sindh Assembly, a resolution presented in the Sindh Assembly stated that the house pays tribute to the martyrs of the Pakistan Armed Forces.
During his speech, the chief minister said that India had initiated its nuclear programme earlier and conducted its first nuclear test in 1974, followed by another in 1998. He further alleged that India has repeatedly carried out false flag operations, including an incident in Pahalgam, and targeted civilian areas, resulting in the martyrdom of innocent people.
Murad Ali Shah, while praising the Pakistan Armed Forces, said that India’s reliance on Rafale jets was defeated during the operation. He claimed that the overall operation lasted 52 minutes and included the downing of multiple aircraft, including Rafales.
He added that Pakistan Air Force pilots demonstrated exceptional skill and that India’s aircraft were effectively targeted. He further stated that Pakistan’s forces shot down several Indian aircraft, claiming that around eight jets were destroyed.
The chief minister also said that on May 8, India sent drones that reached near Karachi, but more than 77 drones were intercepted and destroyed by Pakistani forces.
