A gas pipeline was blown up in Bannu District on Monday suspending supply to residents, it was reported.
The unidentified assailants destroyed the pipeline with the help of explosives in the Merian Kiski Akhwandan area of Bannu.
The police have launched an investigation into the incident while gas officials were trying to repair the gas pipeline in order to restore the supply to residents.
