Frontier Constabulary (FC) South, in coordination with Taftan Rifles, Naukundi, arrested 149 illegal Afghan nationals from Chaghai, it was reported on Wednesday.
The arrested persons also include Afghan women and children. The arrested persons were being smuggled to other countries via Pakistan.
Reports revealed that these Afghan nationals were trying to go to Turkey and Iran to European countries.
Sources said that these people were going abroad after the poor performance of the Taliban government.
Later, all these persons were deported to Afghanistan via Hami. Pakistan adopted strict measures to stop the movements of illegal Afghans.
