KABIRWALA: The district administration has established a Pink Cart Bazaar in Kabirwala on the directions of the Punjab government to promote women’s economic empowerment and provide them with better employment opportunities.
The bazaar has been set up on Jhang Road near Chowk Makhdoom Pur Chungi. It aims to provide business opportunities to women who run home-based businesses or possess professional skills. The initiative will enable them to turn their talents into sustainable sources of income and become financially independent.
Women running shops at the Pink Cart Bazaar have welcomed the initiative, saying it will allow them to participate in economic activities and contribute to their families’ financial well-being.
They said the opportunity would help them showcase their skills, establish their own businesses and increase their household income.
The women also appreciated the Punjab government’s initiative, saying that such projects could play an important role in helping women stand on their own feet and achieve economic independence.
