ISLAMABAD: An anti-terrorism court in Islamabad has ordered the arrest and production of Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan, sisters of PTI founder Imran Khan, over their repeated absence from court proceedings.
During the hearing of the October 4 protest case against PTI leaders and others, the court issued arrest warrants for Aleema and Uzma Khan.
Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) issued the warrants due to their continued non-appearance. The case against them is registered at Kohsar Police Station.
The court has adjourned further proceedings until November 22.
