All Pakistan Goods Transport Association (APGTA) President Nabeel Tariq announced a wheel-jam strike on December 8, 2025, until acceptance of their demands, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Addressing a press conference in Lahore on Wednesday, Nabeel Tariq said, “We are giving four days to the government to accept our legal demands regarding the Traffic Ordinance 2025.”
Nabeel Tariq said that the government did not consult us while enforcing the Traffic Ordinance 2025. He said, “Our 80 percent work is completely halted due to heavy fines imposed on us.”
He said that in the first, we will observe the strike in Punjab and then it will be expanded all over the country.
