Gold prices continue to register bullish trends in global market as well as in local market on Friday.
According to Gems and Jewelers Associations, in global market, gold become more expensive by $57 and reached $4379 per ounce.
In Pakistan one tola of gold became more expensive by Rs 5,700, reaching Rs 4,60,262. Ten grams of gold became more expensive by Rs 4,887, reaching Rs 3,94,600. One tola of silver increased by Rs 227, reaching Rs 7,862.
Earlier on Thursday, the first day of new year, gold and silver prices registered decline.
