Aima Baig recently shared an Instagram story in which she can be seen dancing to the Korean song “Like Jennie” by BlackPink ’s Jennie.
The first story was shared in black-and-white frames. In the clip, Aima Baig styled herself in a Gen Z-inspired outfit, wearing an open oversized leather jacket paired with jeans and a crop top.

Although the outfit colors were not clearly visible due to the monochrome filter in the first story uploaded, she completed her look with stylish glasses and open butterfly-style hair, adding to her charm.
Aima can be seen dancing freely and confidently to the hit Korean track “Like Jennie,” clearly enjoying the moment. She captioned the story “too hooked,” expressing how obsessed she is with the popular song.

In the colorful clip, however, her outfit is clearly visible: a black oversized leather jacket paired with dark blue jeans and a black sports bra. She accessorized the look with black glasses .The background suggests that the video was recorded inside a salon.

This time, Aima captioned it “Full version next time—yay or nay?” asking her fans whether they enjoyed her moves and if she should post a complete dance video. While the background music in this clip was different, her dance steps remained inspired by the original song.

It is evident that the Malang singer has a strong fondness for Korean music. In August 2025, Aima Baig came under scrutiny after a concert clip from the 20th Mosaic Festival in Canada went viral. The video showed her performing choreographed dance moves to “Like Jennie.”
This was not the first time she danced to the song, as she has performed on it on multiple occasions, reflecting her admiration for the track.
Last time she was seen dancing to the same song, fans were eager to react, and the post received mixed reactions.

In a post shared by Very Filmi last year, while some critics were not much fond of the singer’s bold dance moves, others appreciated the effort.
Netizens praised her courage and admired her dancing skills, as one said: “I am so happy to see her moves people may say that the dance is lose but she is doing steps in boundaries trying not to show her body parts like as dancer do i am so impressed she cared for that may be.”

Another commended: “She ate many dancers with great expressions”.

One user, despite of not being a fan, was eager to applaud the singer for her moves, saying: “I dun like her but she’s doing it Soo good”.

In spite of the applause, some trollers found a reason to throw shade and satire at the singer’s moves.
One user commented: “I’m sorry I love Jennie and aima but the dance WAS TOO LOOSE”.

Another was of the view: “Nursery ka bacha kis NY chor diya dance KY liye”.

One troller also commented: “High on weed.”

Aima Baig’s voice is loved by millions of fans around the world.

She began her career as a co-host on Mazaaq Raat on Duniya News before making her mark as a singer. Her breakthrough came in 2017 with the song “Baazi” from Coke Studio, alongside Sahir Ali Bagga.

Since then, she has lent her soulful voice to numerous Pakistani films as well as television drama soundtracks, establishing herself as one of the country’s leading vocalists.

Aima once shared that although she received acting offers for dramas, she chose to focus on her singing career, which remains her primary passion.
