Pakistani actress Zara Noor Abbas Siddiqui has lately been spotted in a podcast session known as Moms The World which is hosted by Aisha Yousaf. The podcast touched on various important subjects whereas Zara Noor decided to also provide her stance regarding body shaming and how the toxic norm needs to come to an end.
The stunning actress emphasised that she always makes sure to give shut up calls to people who succumb to trolling other women over their weight or completely exceed limits and start commenting on their body types.
She then touched on a much thought-provoking and empowering point that deserves all the acknowledgement it could garner: Zara stated that the Almighty has granted women the ability to deliver children and the process makes their body go through drastic changes.
The celebrity emphasised that even though the procedure of giving birth to another human is almost impossible but women still do it therefore criticism regarding their body shapes should stop.
Moreover, Zara also made sure to mention how the women of this era have reached the moon and the people are still stuck in reckless mindsets of discussing women’s weight and fat or skinny shaming them.
The actress also narrated an incident which revolved around her once going to a store in order to buy ice-cream where the shopkeeper very recklessly and insensitively commented on her gaining pounds. After hearing this, Zara’s husband Pakistani actor Asad Siddiqui sent her back to the shop keeper in order to teach him a lesson.
