Call to launch battle against those who mercilessly plundered country’s wealth in line with Marka e Haq intent

Former Punjab Health Minister Dr. Jamal Nasir has demanded that just as the enemy who dared to challenge the defense of our motherland was decisively subdued and confined within its own boundaries during the battle “Marka e Haq”, a similar internal battle for justice must now be launched without discrimination against those who have mercilessly plundered the country’s wealth and resources, so that the resources belonging to the 240 million people of Pakistan may finally be used to eradicate poverty and improve the lives of the masses.

He made these remarks while addressing as chief guest to a ceremony held at Anjuman Faiz-ul-Islam (AFI), Faizabad Markaz in connection with the first anniversary celebrations of the victory in “Marka-e-Haq.” The event was presided over by President Anjuman Faizul Islam Professor Dr. Riaz Ahmad and attended by Senior Vice President Mrs. Izhar Fatima, Vice President Lieutenant Colonel (R) Mian Jameel Athar, General Secretary Pervaiz Akhtar, Finance Secretary Raja Sabir Hussain, Joint Secretary Tahir Zia, heads of the educational institutions of the AFI, teachers, and a large number of students. While giving rich tributes to the armed forces of Pakistan, students presented beautiful tableaus, national songs, and speeches.

Dr. Jamal Nasir paid glowing tributes to the role of Pakistan’s armed forces in defending the country and said that during Marka-e-Haq, our falcons crushed the arrogance of the enemy by defeating it decisively and forced it into confinement within its own borders. He said India had ultimately sought American intervention to secure a ceasefire for its own survival. Dr. Jamal Nasir said the nation takes immense pride in its armed forces. He further stated that after the founding fathers of Pakistan, power unfortunately fell into the hands of those whose forefathers had opposed the creation of Pakistan and these same elements have continued in power while relentlessly looting the nation’s wealth and public resources. He stressed that an uncompromising “Marka-e-Haq” must also be waged against every corrupt individual and family, regardless of political, religious, institutional, or any other affiliation. He said that unless this internal struggle and purification are carried out, the shadows of poverty hanging over the people of Pakistan can never be eliminated.

Referring to history, he said that after the 1971 war, India had become intoxicated with the illusion of military superiority and was flying high with arrogance, but on May 10, 2025, the sons of Pakistan shattered that illusion forever. He said Pakistan’s victory in Marka-e-Haq transformed the global defense landscape and left the entire world astonished.

Addressing the gathering, President Anjuman Professor Dr. Riaz Ahmad praised the leadership and soldiers of the armed forces and said that during Marka-e-Haq, Pakistan’s falcons revived the spirit and glory of Ghouri and Ghaznavi while exposing the anti-Muslim hostility nurtured by Modi’s government over the past twelve years. He added that in accordance with Islamic teachings and the vision of the founder of Pakistan Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Pakistan’s military leadership, despite holding a clear and decisive advantage, continues to extend a message of peace to India. He said the purpose of this message of peace is to ensure that national resources are spent on the welfare and prosperity of the people rather than wasted on wars. He further stated that Modi is still misleading his own nation by falsely claiming that “Operation Sindoor” is continuing and urged him to show mercy to his people. Mrs. Izhar Fatima, Mian Jameel Athar, and other speakers also addressed the ceremony, while Raja Sabir Hussain offered prayers of gratitude to Almighty Allah for the success of Marka-e-Haq and prayed for Pakistan’s national security, stability, and progress.
