The Asian Hockey Federation has officially approved the schedule for the Men’s Under-18 Asia Cup 2026, which will take place in Japan from May 29 to June 6, it was reported on Tuesday.
According to officials, the tournament will feature top junior teams from across Asia competing for the title.
Matches will be played in the Japanese city of Kakamigahara.
Teams have been divided into two groups.
Group A includes India, South Korea, host Japan, Chinese Taipei, and Kazakhstan.
Group B consists of Pakistan, Malaysia, Bangladesh, and China.
Pakistan national under-18 field hockey team will begin its campaign on May 30 against China.
The team will then face Malaysia on May 31 and Bangladesh on June 3 in the group stage.
The semi-finals are scheduled for June 5, while the final of the tournament will be played on June 6.
