Final chance for Karachi first-year college admissions

Students who were unable to secure admission in the first year have been given another opportunity, as authorities open a final round of applications.

According to officials, students can submit their applications until November 23, marking the last window for remaining admissions this year.

Professor Naveed Al-Rab confirmed that admissions will be granted strictly on vacant seats.

The chairman of the Centralized College Admission Program (CCCAP) urged students not to demand a specific college, emphasizing that allocations will be made only where seats are available.

The chairman also advised students to first obtain approval from their relevant education board before applying, to ensure smooth processing.

Over 115,000 students admitted so far

Professor Naveed shared that more than 115,000 students have already been admitted to colleges across Karachi this year.
He reiterated that regular enrollment has been completed, and this final phase is solely meant to accommodate those left without placement.

Calling it a “last chance” for remaining students, he urged applicants to apply within the given deadline to avoid missing out.
