FCC launches official website to offer improved accessibility to justice

Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan (FCCP) has formally launched its official website, www.fccp.gov.pk, marking a significant step toward transparency, accessibility, and digital transformation in the judicial system.

The website was inaugurated by the Chief Justice Amin-Ud-Din Khan in a formal ceremony held at the Court premises, in the presence of all judges of the Federal Constitutional Court. The newly launched website introduces a modern, user-friendly interface designed to facilitate

litigants, advocates, researchers, and the general public. It provides comprehensive and up-to-date information about the Court, its jurisdiction, bench composition, and judicial functioning.

The website offers a range of digital services and information resources, including online case search facility for litigants and advocates, applications for certified copies, adjournment requests, early hearing requests, cause list publication with timely updates, notices and circulars issued by the court, dashboard & statistical data for public transparency, information about judges, administration, and court procedures.

The introduction of these services reflects the Court’s commitment to enhancing efficiency, reducing procedural delays, and improving public access to justice through the use of modern technology.

Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan, while inaugurating the website, emphasised the importance of digital innovation in strengthening institutional transparency and service delivery. The launch represents a foundational step toward a more responsive and technologically advanced judicial framework. The Registrar of the Federal Constitutional Court stated that the initiative aligns with the Court’s vision of providing accessible, structured, and reliable information to all stakeholders while facilitating procedural convenience for litigants and members of the Bar.

The Federal Constitutional Court remains committed to further strengthening digital services in the coming phases.
