Islamabad High Court (IHC) Wednesday fixed March 16, a date for hearing the case related to the quota system in recruitment of Islamabad Police and other institutions.
The Registrar’s Office has issued a cause list for scheduling the case for hearing.
A three-member larger bench, headed by Chief Justice Sarfaraz Dogar will hear the case on March 16.
Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro and Justice Inaam Ameen Minhas will join the bench.
The Islamabad High Court has issued a stay order on recruitment based on the Islamabad quota system.
A petition was filed against the quota system in Islamabad Police, Health and other sectors up to BPS 15
with the stand that all seats should be given to Islamabad domicile holders.
