PTI leader Babar Awan has lamented that Indian agent Kalboshan Yadev was allowed consular access but the government was not allowing meeting of family with the former prime minister Imran Khan in Adiala Jail.
Talking to media in Islamabad High Court premises on Thursday, PTI leader Baber Awan questioned why he and other lawyers were not being allowed to meet Imran Khan.
He claimed that judicial system was in cage therefore it can not deliver justice to PTI now. Babar Awan claimed that 18h amendment was being rolled back, adding that new legislation will be an attack on provincial autonomy.
He claimed that under new amendments, provincial powers will be transferred to the center resultantly provinces will be weakened.
He said that under new NFC Award, provinces share will be slashed. Baber Awan claimed that under 28 Amendments, Presidential system will be introduced where army chief will be able to become president of the state.
To a question, he clarified that PTI will not go into alliance with PPP which was sitting in the government.
