Sara Ahmed in China: calls Pak–China friendship “at its peak”

MPA Sara Ahmed visited China along with a delegation of Pakistani parliamentarians and political representatives to mark the 75 years of Pakistan-China friendship celebrations.

She addressed a youth exchange panel at the Capital Normal University in Beijing as part of the visit.

In her speech, Punjab Assembly member Sara Ahmed said that under the leadership of Field Marshal Asim Munir and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Pakistan-China friendship has reached its peak. She said future cooperation between Pakistan and China will be further strengthened through universities, research, innovation, and youth collaboration.

She expressed gratitude to the International Department of the Communist Party of China (IDCPC) for the invitation and hospitality. She said such international youth exchange programs play an important role in bringing young people closer and promoting mutual understanding.

Sara Ahmed emphasized joint research and technological cooperation between Pakistani and Chinese youth. She said future partnership between the two countries will be further strengthened through academic collaboration, innovation, and youth engagement.

She added that Pakistani students studying in Chinese universities are goodwill ambassadors between the two countries. She said the youth can play a vital role in ending extremism, promoting peace, and building a brighter future.

She further said that the long-standing friendship between Pakistan and China is a symbol of regional stability, development, and prosperity.
